釣勝於魚炎炎烈日下，有一老翁悠閒的坐在岸邊，兩眼一動也不動地盯著河面的浮標，從日出到日落，兩手雖然空空，老翁卻怡然自得，樂在其中。
旁人很納悶的問道：“老先生，怎么一整天也沒見您把魚釣上來？”
老翁笑著說：“我即魚，魚即我，我在釣魚，魚也在釣我，就像下棋，我和魚的耐力旗鼓相當，這才過癮。”
一頑童向水中扔一塊石頭，一陣波紋飄蕩過來，老翁微笑地說：“起風了。”便收拾釣具哼著小曲兒回家了！
故事寓意：企業管理就像一盤棋，如果能將最后結果的得失心放置一旁，相信過程中的用心及投入，就會是企業發展最美的記憶。

hi, its myself, yes. i like the explanation at the end of the story. Yeap, we can proud of our success, but if u keep holding a 1984 wine, for a long long time, without even taste it for a sip.. the smell will definitely deteriote later. So, why no drink it, piss off later ! At least you can taste the aroma of it, rather than wasted it..... Haha!
