And, of course, as usual, downtown people like me, will give ourselves excuses that sounded helpless yet praxis... I'm BUSY!
So, likewise, compromising our health towards so-called life committment becomes my new year resolution

I used to be proud of myself, for being able to perform exercise (just disregard of whether it's indoor/outdoor/yoga etc etc) three times per week.
And, in my mind, I shake my head, seeing people lack of exercising (in another word, looking down on such people-lar)...
Its my turn now.. I exercise once...in a month or none at all.
The major issue to people in this era of course will be :
Why people nowadays lack of exercise?
Somehow, I've found the answer.
